Selection suggestions are based on the bucket capacity of the loading equipment and the transportation distance to determine the overall vehicle grade: For loaders with a bucket capacity of 3 cubic meters, 6X4 heavy-duty dump trucks are usually matched, while for large bucket capacity in mining areas, 8X4 or wide-body models are recommended. The structure of the cargo box (U-shaped/rectangular) is selected based on the viscosity of the material. For construction waste conditions, it is recommended to have a canopy to meet environmental protection requirements. We will provide a configuration plan based on your loading and unloading sites.
Delivery and documentation
Delivery: Regular configurations will be scheduled for production within 15 to 25 working days, while customized upper structures will be confirmed separately according to the project cycle. Sea transportation supports three options: full truckload container, roll-on/roll-off container and frame container. All FOB/CIF/CFR terms can be operated. The vehicle documents include commercial invoice, packing list, CO certificate of origin, CIQ inspection certificate and bill of lading. Form E/Embassy certification and other documents can be supplemented as required by the destination country. Photos and videos of the shipment should be provided before shipment.

You can order a single unit. Payment supports T/T (deposit + settlement before shipment) and letter of credit (L/C at sight). The payment rhythm can be negotiated for batch orders.
How to solve the problem of warranty and accessories?
The vehicle has a 3-year warranty, and the core assembly is implemented in accordance with the manufacturer's policy; it comes with a package of commonly used wearing parts. After arrival at the port, the parts are replenished by air/sea freight, and major markets have parts inventory plans.

Transportation plan and arrival time
The destination port routes cover major ports in West Africa (Lome, Douala, Tema), East Africa (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam), the Middle East (Jebel Ali), the Red Sea, Southeast Asia and South America. The shipping time is approximately 25 to 50 days (depending on the route and shipping schedule). The entire vehicle can adopt the whole vehicle cabin, roll-on/roll-off or frame box scheme. Before shipment, the chassis and upper structure should be bound and reinforced, and photos should be taken for record. After arriving at the port, the telex release or original bill of lading will be arranged according to the consignee's customs clearance capacity.

How long does it take from confirmation of configuration to shipment?
Normal configuration takes 15-25 working days to complete production scheduling and testing, and customized tops are subject to the project confirmation cycle; during peak seasons (around the Spring Festival), it is recommended to reserve an extra week of buffer, and the delivery node will be stated in the contract.
Can I inspect the car before placing an order?
Yes. We support on-site vehicle inspection at the factory, and also support entrusting third-party organizations such as SGS / BV / TÜV to come to the factory for inspection; provide vehicle inspection records and shipping photos and videos before shipment.
How to deal with transportation insurance?
can provide marine insurance (PICC or international insurance terms) based on the invoice amount. CIF quotation includes insurance by default; under FOB terms, we can assist the consignee to specify an insurance plan.
