How your order moves

Six steps, each with a named owner and a document you can check.

  1. 1

    Order confirmed

We confirm the model, configuration and FOB or CIF terms, then issue a proforma invoice. A 30% deposit starts production.

  2. 2

    Production and inspection

Build takes 25–50 days. Before shipment we send photos and a video walkaround, and you may appoint SGS, BV or TÜV to inspect on site.

  3. 3

    Documents prepared

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO or Form E) and export licence. Drafts go to you for approval before we courier originals.

  4. 4

    Booking and loading

We book RoRo or container space from Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai or Xiamen, load under supervision and seal the container with your number.

  5. 5

    Sea freight

15–35 days to most major ports. You receive the bill of lading draft, then the original set or telex release once the balance is settled.

  6. 6

    Arrival and after-sales

You clear customs with the documents we courier. Spare parts leave within 7 days and our engineers support assembly and commissioning by video call.

Ports and routes

We load from four Chinese ports and ship to the destinations below.

Load ports

Tianjin · Qingdao · Shanghai · Xiamen

Main destinations

West Africa (Lagos, Tema, Abidjan) · East Africa (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam) · Middle East (Jeddah, Jebel Ali, Dammam) · Southeast Asia (Jakarta, Manila, Ho Chi Minh, Laem Chabang) · Latin America (Callao, Manzanillo, Santos) · Eastern Europe and Central Asia (Poti, Novorossiysk, inland rail)

Transit time counts from the sailing date and excludes customs clearance at destination. Landlocked countries ship via the nearest transit port, then by TIR truck or rail.

Shipping questions

What is the minimum order?

One unit. A single truck ships by container or RoRo, and the unit price is the same as in a batch order.

Can I inspect the truck before shipment?

Yes. We send a video walkaround plus photos of the chassis, engine and cab, and you may appoint SGS, BV or TÜV to inspect the truck in our yard.

Who pays the sea freight?

On FOB terms you book and pay the forwarder. On CIF terms we quote the freight in the contract, pay the carrier, and you pay only destination charges.

What if the truck is damaged in transit?

Under CIF we insure 110% of the invoice value on all-risks terms and handle the claim with the carrier. Photos taken at loading are our evidence.

Do you ship to landlocked countries?

Yes. We ship to a transit port such as Mombasa, Djibouti, Poti or Jebel Ali, then arrange TIR trucking or rail to the final city.

How long from payment to arrival?

About 45–85 days in total: 25–50 days of production, 5–10 days for documents and booking, and 15–35 days at sea.

Need a shipping quote?

Send the model, quantity and destination port — we reply with an FOB or CIF price and the earliest sailing within one working day.
